     Performance characters of trunnion ball valves

1.Advanced spring preloading floating seats and design principle of up-stream seals, the valve can promote sealing under low pressure, high pressure and vacuum. No limitation for installation direction, any end can be used as up-stream end.

2 .Under fully close condition, medium can be fully blocked due to up-stream and down-stream seats and medium in the valve body cavity or deposit can be discharged.

3.When pressure of stagnant medium in the valve body cavity raised abnormally, the spring preloading seats can compress the springs to vent automatically.

4 .Full port or reduced port against request, the size of bore of full port meet with API 6D, small flow resistance, suitable for piggable.

5 .Fire safe design: When fire or temperature raised abnormally, specially designed seats support metal sealing surface can make metal to metal contact with ball under the force of springs load, promote temporary sealing and meet with API 6FA and API 607.

6 .When seats and stem seals system damaged, sealant can be injected from emergency sealant injection to promote emergency sealing.

7.Seats and stem bearings made of TEFLON with small friction and good self-lubricating performance used to reduce the valve operation torque. Even if no sealing lubricant, the valve can be operated flexibly for a long time.

8.Ball support hidden inside of the ball to reduce the probability of leakage, so support and sealing is more reliable.
